Kavalan Solist Ex-Bourbon is a cask-strength, non-chill-filtered single malt whisky from Taiwan, matured in fresh American ex-bourbon casks. It offers a complex profile of rich vanilla, tropical fruit (like mango, pineapple, and coconut), and spices, with a smooth, oily texture and a long, warm finish. It's recommended to add a few drops of water or ice to tame its potent alcohol and unlock further layers of flavor, such as caramel, butterscotch, and subtle oak notes.
