Kavalan Sherry Oak Single Malt is a deep, mahogany-colored Taiwanese whisky with a clean, complex profile of dried fruit, nutty notes, spices, and hints of vanilla and marzipan on the nose. Its palate is smooth and rich, offering a balance of natural sweetness with dried fruits and spices, leading to an elegant, long finish. Aged in Spanish first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, this non-chill filtered whisky develops its depth and complexity quickly due to Taiwan's tropical climate.
