Chichibu On The Way
Chichibu On The Way is a highly regarded, limited-edition single malt series from the Chichibu Distillery in Japan, designed to document the "journey" of their whisky as its stocks matured. The series, spearheaded by founder Ichiro Akuto, first launched in 2013 to showcase the maturation progress before the distillery's first official 10-year-old release in 2020. The 2024 edition returned as a 100% floor-malted single malt featuring whiskies aged between 9 and 15 years.
