Edradour 12 Year Old Caledonia
Edradour 12 Year Old Caledonia is a rich, sherry-forward Highland single malt from one of Scotland's smallest traditional distilleries in Pitlochry. Selected by songwriter Dougie MacLean and named after his famous song, it is matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in Oloroso sherry wood for 4-5 years. Bottled at 46% ABV, it features notes of candied fruit, honey, and toasted almonds.

Nose: Initial nose of summer fruits with a hint of pepper. Notes of burnt orange and cinnamon spice underlie. With water, the rich fruit aromas of red apple and cranberry intensify, accompanied by sweet honey and subtle spiced wood notes.
Palate: Sweet red apple and honey with the subtlest hint of mellow peat and charcoal smoke.
Finish: Initially smooth with a long, lingering finish culminating in the trademark Ardmore dryness.
