Tasting Notes
Nose: A complex nose: Sweet fruits, citrus, peaches and orange zest at first before a gentle earthy peaty aroma reveals itself.
Palate: Rich and very, very tasty. Well balanced. Dark chocolate, creamy coffee and gingerbread to the fore, followed by rhubarb and vanilla custard.
Finish: Long and sweet, a hint of typical Longrow peat smoke combined with more chocolate and some dried fruits.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Full of creamy caramel. Toasted oak with spices is evident and rich and just the faintest peat has muscled its way through.
Palate: The full rich flavours burst and fill the mouth with a creamy peat tang and a touch of vanilla's soft gentleness. If a touch of water is added, then the flavours increase with the addition of a sweet ripe fruit start followed by a tang of peat.
Finish: Full, succulent and quite long. More caramel and sugary barley notes and a lanolin smoothness and more tapering smoke.
