Tasting Notes
Nose: Vibrant citrus notes of tangerine and dried orange peel lead the way, followed by the warmth of freshly baked gingersnap cookies and a sophisticated, earthy undertone of tobacco and toasted oak
Palate: A rich, oily mouthfeel carries a sweet foundation of honey and brown butter that quickly gives way to a bold punch of clove, cinnamon-baked apples, and a savory hint of black tea
Finish: The experience concludes with a long, syrupy linger where sweet honey and dark chocolate melt into a persistent, warming spice of ginger, anise, and charred oak.

Laws Whiskey House San Luis Valley Straight Rye
Double Gold at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. 7,500 feet above sea level, in ColoradoaTMs San Luis Valley, the Cody family has been cultivating this low yield, semi-wild rye grain since the 1930s. We fell in love with how it ferments and distills into a terroir-driven, unapologetic whiskey.
