Master Distiller, Caleb Kilburn, carefully hand selects barrels that highlight distinctive natural profiles to be offered in the Peerless private Single Barrel selection. Whiskey profiles of Peerless caliber selections are compared one by one. Once a barrel is chosen, it is bottled and prepared exclusively and given a unique label. Each barrel typically yields 180-210 bottles.
