Rabbit Hole Cavehill
With a mash bill of 70% corn, 10% malted wheat, 10% honey malted barley, and 10% malted barley, Rabbit Hole's Cavehill is bottled at 47.5% ABV. A four-grain mash promises spice and honey and a fresh apple breeze. This is a whiskey of remarkable maturity with spice on the front, vanilla, and custard in the finish.
