This award-winning bourbon is distinctly American in that it forges a path all its own. To create its singular flavor profile, we age it for 10 years in the hills of Tennessee and choose not to chill-filter as is popular with many bourbons. This gives us an even greater depth of flavor going into the bottle. Incredibly well balanced, it’s a standout 10-year-old small batch bourbon for moments that are to be remembered.

Nose: Vanilla, roasted corn, toasted oak, and pipe tobacco.
Palate: Velvety, with a hint of sweetness, warm, slightly dry, and features a cocoa-covered mid-palate.
Finish: Rich, warming, and full-bodied, with spicy cedar and kettle corn.

Note: A very small quantity of whiskies came from this single barrel, so taste variability is higher than with larger production whiskies. Many times this is not a big deal (i.e. Blanton's), but sometimes it matters (i.e. Larceny Barrel Proof versions).
