Penelope Bourbon Architect
Architect is the new blueprint for precision blending. The first build in this series combines our signature four grain mash bill with two styles of French oak staves. Working in collaboration with Tonnellerie Radoux of France, the market leader in oak barrel manufacturing and innovation, we selected each stave using their state-of-the-art OakScan process to construct a truly memorable flavor profile. After all, the best architecture leaves no room for error.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet candied cream and floral with hints of crème brûlée.
Palate: Sweet vanilla and viscous cream with some savory oak notes. Creamy sweetness transitions from the forward notes and into the body, herbal, floral and cream.
Finish: Rich vanilla that leaves a long lingering finish with some heat.
Garrison Brothers Honeydew
Our award-winning Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey, infused with Burleson's Texas Wildflower Honey, resulting in a smooth, light bourbon with a sweet honey finish. Our Master Distiller transformed used bourbon barrels into small, wooden cubes that were immersed in honey. After fully absorbing it, they were placed in the belly of a stainless-steel tank, letting the bourbon soak up those delicious honey flavors every single day for seven months.

Tasting Notes
Nose: It starts sweet with honey, elderberry syrup, fruit, and oak aromas on the nose with a dash of spice.
Palate: Yeah, there's the honey sweetness, but it never overpowers the Bourbon with cinnamon, butterscotch, corn, oak, and a touch of white chocolate.
Finish: A brief touch of heat is followed by a lingering honey note on the finish.
