Mars Iwai Sherry Cask Finish
Mars Iwai Sherry Cask Finish is a blended Japanese whisky known for its rich, sweet, and complex character, resulting from a finishing period in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It presents a delightful interplay of dried fruits, honey, and subtle peat notes, balanced by a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. The sherry influence adds depth with notes of dark fruits, while subtle oak and spice notes contribute to a lingering, harmonious finish.
