In this era of mergers and consolidations we go against the grain; an independent, Scottish owned and managed whisky company. Nose: Layers of heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch and sticky raisins, with notes of mocha lingering in the background.
Palate: Bursts of orange zest, heather honey and damsons, followed by lashings of mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs and dates.
Finish: Very slightly chocolatey on the finish.

Nose: Rich and inviting with aromas of treacle toffees, toasted pecans, sweet raisins and soft smoky highlights.
Palate: Creamy and luxurious with layers of mocha, brazil nut toffee, fruit cake, candied peels and brandy butter.
Finish: Long and silky with notes of chocolate eclair, creme caramel and hints of clove.
