Bottled at 81 proof (40.5% ABV), it replaced the older Wild Turkey 80 proof expression, offering a more mature, higher-char flavor profile intended to stand up to mixology, particularly in cocktails like Old Fashioneds.

Finish: Long, warm and slightly drying. Nice level of sweetness.
