The Single Barrel selection offers nuances only premium cooper select barrels can create from their toasting and using 18-month-old air-dried staves. Note: A very small quantity of whiskies came from this single barrel, so taste variability is higher than with larger production whiskies. Many times this is not a big deal (i.e. Blanton's), but sometimes it matters (i.e. Larceny Barrel Proof versions). If the specific barrel is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: The nose opens with grain, salted caramel, vanilla, and a touch of spice.
Palate: The oily palate is particularly well-balanced with notes of caramel, popcorn, fruit, leather, and oak.
Finish: Finishes medium long with pleasant caramel, grain, fruity, and spicy notes.
