Jim Beam Single Barrel
Every bottle of Jim Beam Single Barrel is unique and perfect in its own way—both in the distinct flavor and personality of the liquid itself and the wisdom of our master distiller printed on the back. It is an extraordinary bourbon experience that's different each time you break open a new seal.

Note: A very small quantity of whiskies came from this single barrel, so taste variability is higher than with larger production whiskies. Many times this is not a big deal (i.e. Blanton's), but sometimes it matters (i.e. Larceny Barrel Proof versions). If the specific barrel is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Apple pie and rye spices, with buttery corn and oaky vanilla.
Palate: Oak char leads into creamy vanilla, brown sugar, burnt caramel and peppery spice.
Finish: Hints of dried apricot, toasty oak and baking spices.

Booker's Donohoe's Batch (2021-01)
The color of this Booker's batch is a medium amber that reflects the length of time spent in the white oak barrels. The aroma has vanilla and some baking spice that makes you want to experience the taste of this batch. The taste is full-bodied and opens in the mouth, with a finish that is pleasant and fulfilling especially in these cold winter months. I know Booker would be proud of this batch for the delightful experience it brings the person enjoying it and for the fact that we named it after his great friend, Mike Donohoe.
