Palate: Madagascan vanilla pod and toasted almonds mixed with cinnamon Danish, oat biscuits and citrus oils.
Finish: Warming and toasty with layers of roast hazelnuts, mocha and fresh grassy highlights.

Nose: Layers of heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch and sticky raisins, with notes of mocha lingering in the background.
Palate: Bursts of orange zest, heather honey and damsons, followed by lashings of mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs and dates.
Finish: Very slightly chocolatey on the finish.
