Note: A very small quantity of whiskies came from this single barrel, so taste variability is higher than with larger production whiskies. Many times this is not a big deal (i.e. Blanton's), but sometimes it matters (i.e. Larceny Barrel Proof versions). If the specific barrel is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Dark caramel, sweet oak, and charred wood.
Palate: Lush and spicy. Oak with honey, apple, and orange notes.
Finish: Long, graceful, and relaxed.

Heaven's Door Revival Bourbon  [rih-VYE-vuhl]
Heaven's Door Revival is a premium, non-chill filtered Tennessee Straight Bourbon whiskey co-founded by Bob Dylan, aged for over 5-6 years. Known as the brand's flagship bourbon, it features a high-rye, 30% small-grain mashbill and is noted for a complex profile of caramel, baking spices, and toasted oak without using the traditional charcoal-mellowing "Lincoln County Process".

Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich aromas of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak emerge first, followed by subtle hints of charred wood, baked bread, and dried fruit
Palate: A velvety and creamy mouthfeel delivers flavors of sweet caramel, baking spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, and light maple, balanced by rye spice and toasty oak
Finish: The finish is smooth, warm, and medium-long, with lingering notes of caramel, dry oak tannins, and a gentle cinnamon heat.
