Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromas of hot, sweet mash and biscuity malt merge with heavy peat smoke, honeyed stone fruits like apricot and pear, and creamy hints of butterscotch and vanilla
Palate: Rich Islay-grown barley offers a creamy porridge texture balanced by smouldering peat, delicate oak structure, and floral notes of gorse and honeysuckle
Finish: Earthy smoke and toasted malted barley dominate a long finale, eventually yielding to lingering sweetness from barley sugar, caramel, and vanilla.
