Tasting Notes
Nose: A rich, wine-forward aromatic profile leads with leather, prunes, and red currants, followed by an undercurrent of toasted oak, sweet malted barley, and a brooding, earthy peat smoke that balances hints of green apple and black pepper
Palate: The mouthfeel is thick and oily, delivering a sweet explosion of chocolate, vanilla taffy, and dark berry medley-including blackberries and cherries-that transitions into savory notes of roasted coffee, wood spices, and a persistent maritime peat
Finish: The finish is long and luxurious, characterized by lingering smouldering oak and signature earthy smoke that slowly trails off alongside sea salt, a peppery tingle, and the tart sweetness of dark red fruits.
