Chattanooga Whiskey 91 (often referred to as "91" or "Barrel 91") is a signature Tennessee High Malt straight bourbon whiskey produced by the Chattanooga Whiskey Co. in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It is notable for being the first legal whiskey produced in Chattanooga in over 100 years, launched in 2019 following a successful campaign to change local distillation laws.
