Palate: A very smooth, creamy, and medium-bodied texture brings forth flavours of honey, golden syrup, caramel, and baked orchard fruits, layered with white pepper and subtle wood tannins
Finish: Long, clean, and elegant, the finish leaves a lingering combination of dried fruit, milk chocolate, and sweet spice, wrapped in soft French and American oak.

Note: A very small quantity of whiskies came from this single barrel, so taste variability is higher than with larger production whiskies. Many times this is not a big deal (i.e. Blanton's), but sometimes it matters (i.e. Larceny Barrel Proof versions). If the specific barrel is not listed, ask your server or a store employee for more info.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Intense aromas of dark chocolate, rich caramel, and ripe red berries mingle with toasted oak, white pepper, and a subtle hint of sea spray
Palate: A creamy, full-bodied entry delivers notes of butterscotch, stewed fruit, and marmalade, beautifully balanced by cinnamon spice and rich French oak tannins
Finish: A long, lingering finish that balances dark chocolate and coffee notes with aromatic oak, dried fruits, and a pleasant, warm spice.
