Tasting Notes
Nose: Lemon meringue pie, pear skin, olive oil, almonds and digestive biscuits. A typical Kintyre coastal brininess comes to the fore.
Palate: In the background; dried bananas, cocounut shavings and butterscotch. The more prominant; carrot cake, treacle and freshly squeezed limes engulf the palate.
Finish: Very delicate; liquorice, gingerbread and Madagascar vanilla. Closely followed by mint, trinity cream and vanilla milkshake.

Nose: A decadent bouquet of sticky toffee pudding, dried figs, milk chocolate, and mature plums, elevated by touches of potpourri, cigar box, and creamy peach jam
Palate: An explosion of sweet, tropical fruits and honey, featuring pineapple, banana, and apricot drenched in syrup, with developing notes of dark chocolate, oak spices, and a delicate hint of curry paste
Finish: Long and remarkably smooth, lingering with gentle spices, honeycomb sweetness, soft liquorice, and a faint, sophisticated oak char.
