Tasting Notes
Nose: Approachable waves of smoked cinder toffee and rich honey are balanced by fresh citrus, delicate lavender, and a savory hint of sea spray
Palate: A thick, oily texture carries flavors of creamy butterscotch and toasted oak that give way to tart tropical fruits like grilled pineapple and a sharp, spicy ginger
Finish: The long, smoldering fade features lingering earthy peat smoke, burnt sugar, and a touch of dry coconut that stays perfectly balanced.

Nose: Heavy, earthy peat smoke intertwines with rich Oloroso influences of dark chocolate, Medjool dates, and a distinct "Campbeltown funk" that hints at sea brine and damp dunnage warehouses
Palate: A thick, oily mouthfeel carries powerful flavors of honey-glazed bacon and espresso, transitioning into a savory mid-palate of salted nuts, roasted mushrooms, and sweet dried fruits
Finish: The experience concludes with a long, warming finish dominated by soot and chimney smoke, accented by lingering notes of black pepper, old leather, and a touch of maritime salinity
