Togouchi 9 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky produced by the Sakurao Brewery & Distillery (formerly known as Chugoku Jozo) in Hiroshima, Japan. It is renowned for being aged in a unique, abandoned 361-meter-long railway tunnel, which provides a consistent, cool, and humid environment for maturation.

Nose: An intense bouquet of sweet apricot and plum is complemented by warm notes of cinnamon, ginger, and honeyed yellow fruits
Palate: The entry is fresh and dry, evolving into bright layers of lemon and orange peel, vanilla custard, and a subtle undercurrent of peat smoke
Finish: The finish is vibrant and medium in length, leaving behind lingering traces of cardamom, anise, and a light, smoky spice.
