Wild Turkey 81
Wild Turkey 81 is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey introduced in 2011, designed as an approachable, mixable "entry-level" bourbon designed by Associate Master Distiller Eddie Russell. Bottled at 81 proof (40.5% ABV), it replaced the older Wild Turkey 80 proof expression, offering a more mature, higher-char flavor profile intended to stand up to mixology, particularly in cocktails like Old Fashioneds.
